MRI Technologist

UCSF Health is seeking an MRI Technologist to provide safe, high-quality imaging in a patient-centered academic medical environment serving the Oakland and San Francisco Bay Area. Perform MRI examinations according to established protocols, screen patients for safety risks, position and monitor patients, administer contrast when authorized, and ensure accurate documentation and image quality. Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and technologists while maintaining MRI suite safety and equipment standards. Qualifications include ARRT certification in radiography and/or MRI as required, California radiologic technologist licensure, BLS certification, and the clinical judgment and communication skills to care for diverse patients.
