MRI Technologist I - Neuro Expansion

Join the Cleveland Clinic Neurological Institute, part of one of the world's most respected healthcare organizations, during expansion of a new one-million-square-foot, 15-floor facility for complex neurological conditions including spine injuries, seizures, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis, and stroke. Caregivers may also provide care across Main Campus in Cardiac, Digestive Disease, Medical-Surgical, and other areas. Full-time dayshift, Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3pm, plus rotating on-call. Responsibilities include reviewing questionnaires, charts, and requisitions for MRI contraindications; performing MRI procedures per protocol; daily QA; educating patients; ensuring comfort and safety; reporting equipment malfunctions; mentoring new hires and students; and obtaining ARRT MR certification within one year if not already credentialed. Minimum qualifications: graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program or ARRT primary pathway institution; ARMRIT MRI credential or ARRT credential in radiography, sonography, radiation therapy, or nuclear medicine, or CNMT; BLS through AHA or American Red Cross; knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and pathology. Pay range $35.25–$53.00/hour.
