Job Description
The CT Technologist performs high-quality computed tomography examinations in a full-service hospital environment. Responsibilities include verifying orders and patient history, preparing and positioning patients, operating CT equipment, administering contrast according to protocol, monitoring patients, and completing accurate documentation. Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and the multidisciplinary care team while following Johns Hopkins safety, quality, infection-control, and radiation-protection standards. This full-time day-shift role supports excellent patient care, professional development, and a collaborative academic medical center.
Requirements
- ARRT certification in Radiography required
- CT registry or eligibility preferred
- BLS certification required
- Prior CT experience preferred
- Strong patient care, communication, and safety skills
